El personal fue amable y servicial, hubo un chico que nos ayudó mucho a pesar de no saber mucho inglés puso el traductor y sin problemas.
No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la habitación estaba helada, se lo dijimos y nos dijeron que había que dejarlo un rato pero no. El tema del ascensor es un rollo tardaba mucho de abajo hasta el lobby del hotel a veces nos juntábamos mucha gente y era un poco caos.
