The property is beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are of a high standard and the sitting rooms are very cosy. The garden is stunning and the photos don’t do the view justice. There are some fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby. I’d recommend The Falcon, The Castle and The Kitchen at Primerose Hill Farm.
The garden isn’t south facing so isn’t much sun in the afternoon, but are plenty of pubs and parks nearby that are. Early checkin isn’t available so is a lot of money to spend for 2 nights when you can’t check in until 4pm then have to checkout at 10am.

Location great. Full of potential.
We had some issues with the shower room and a few other things . We emailed the owner directly after our departure and got a reply so hopefully things have been rectified. Great property with potential just needs a bit of TLC. Definitely needs an opening window in the third bedroom, and glazing needs replacing so you can see the wonderful views.
