If you want to have a holiday in the middle of a vineyard, this is a great place to go! We had the family room, it was nice and clean the hostess was very nice and welcoming, she was always checking on us. The share places were very cool and we could walk to another winery and have a wine tasting, they have also kindly offered a bottle which we have much appreciated.

Clos des Jacobins was an idyll of relaxation and calm for us as a family of 4. Leila was very accommodating towards all our needs even allowing us to stay longer on our departure day as our flight was delayed. Due to an electrical problem we were placed in the small house beside the swimming pool which we had to ourselves, but we could use the main house for wifi and the pool table and all of the outside space. Loved the 30-min safe walk through the vineyards to reach the centre of Saint-Emilion. Wine-tasting with Sophie at the Chateau de Candale is recommended as well as lunch on the terrace there.
