I had no issues with communication or finding the property.
The price is affordable compared to other accommodations in Paris.
The metro is also easily accessible, making it convenient to get to the city center.
The apartment was clean, but everything inside is very old and outdated.
I knew what to expect, but still, if you value even a little bit of comfort, cleanliness, and aesthetics, unfortunately, this apartment is not for you.
It has a basement-like atmosphere, which makes it feel quite unpleasant.
Unless you're really on a tight budget, I wouldn't recommend booking this place.
However, if you're on a tight budget and aesthetics aren't a priority for you, I would recommend it.

Great value stay pretty close walk from a metro stop. A small but complete apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and wifi. Clean, comfortable, and quiet stay.
There was a bit of delay receiving the self check-in info from the homeowner

The property was close to metro and bus stops(about 5 min walking distance) and lots of places to eat around the property as well. The owner was amazing, giving precise instructions on how to enter the property and also helped us use the WiFi and heating.
The toilet kept making a noise at all times, so if someone sleeps on the couch, it can bea heard, but other than that it was a lovely property.
