Great location

Excellent location. Spacious apartment.

A few maintenance issues need attending to eg hose connecting the shower rose, shower rose bracket needs repair, no soap holder in the shower recess, no soap provided. The tv was a challenge. The lift was out of order from my 2nd day until I checked out on my 4th day. 4 flights up & down isn't fun for a 70yr old. Not the owner's fault though. Lift maintenance leaves a lot to be desired.

Great. Overall it was a good experience. The few disappointments can be improved on. Would highly recommend

Room was spacious, Air conditioning worked great. Channels worked. There were quite a variety to choose from. Owner was very responsive and helpful with inquiries. Elevator usage helped getting to the room quickly. Room is in a great location. A few mins away from restaurants, shopping etc.

Shower curtain were dirty. Bath mat and kitchen mat need replacing. Shower is quite small and is elevated, so one has to be careful otherwise the water runs over into the bedroom. Saw a few cockroaches in the middle of the night.
