About this condo rental

Nestled in Deer Valley, this lovely condo for $234 per night is a great option for your next vacation. **Please note that between the dates of April 17th 2023 - Dec. 1st 2023. A renovation will be done upstairs. The hours of construction are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. No work on the weekends or major holidays.** *This home does not have central A/C WHY WE LOVE IT - Ski access, hiking and biking trails - Private hot tub & shared pool. - Great views Located mid-mountain in Silver Lake Village, Black Bear Lodge is just a short walk to Sterling Express chairlift and Silver Lake Lodge. Embodying the elegance of a modern rustic lodge, This cozy 2-bedroom/3-bath condo that sleeps 8, features a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with magnificent stone fireplace. The open floor plan and log-style architecture not only accentuate the mountain home vibe but also creates a light and airy shared space with the spacious kitchen, dining table, and cozy living room that is anchored by the river rock fireplace. The condo itself features its own private outdoor hot tub right on your very own balcony for after activity soaks. Enjoy all the perks of staying at the Black Bear Lodge. Get some peace and quiet to finish off work emails before you sign off for your vacation in the business center, soak tired muscles in the outdoor hot tub, swim laps in the heated outdoor pool, grill up some tasty eats for some dining alfresco, stretch and sweat in the fully-equipped fitness room plus other amenities such as on-site front desk, and local shuttle (seasonal). You'll find The Black Bear Lodge is all about ease and convenience as it's not only a hop, skip, and a jumper from the slopes of Deer Valley but also on the Park City Transit route for easy access to Main Street and Park City Mountain. *This home does not have central A/C, in the warmer months we recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant. A NOTE FROM ABODE: All residences are privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. Property was as described in listing except for the ‘adjoining door’ to the unit next door; the door was located in the bunk room. Our kids could hear conversations and smell food being made in the unit next to us given their proximity to the door (one can see light underneath the door). Overall, we were very comfortable and had a great time. Walls / floors / ceilings are a bit thin at Black Bear so keep that in mind if you are noise adverse. Abode Property Mgmt went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well situated. Another very easy and enjoyable visit. Thank you so much for helping to make Christmas so special for us!

This place was a perfect home base for our family trip to Park City. Mid-way up in the mountains, it was less than 10 min drive from the city center and about 10 degrees cooler. Close to biking and hiking trails and ski lifts up the mountains. Walking distance to several restaurants. The pool was great. The place was spotless and just like the photos. We had an issue with the hot tub and needed it serviced during our stay, host was communicative and had it corrected quickly. Highly recommend.

Property staff were very friendly and helpful Location was perfect. Very good. Condo was spacious. Fit out a little dated eg small TV but overall great rustic vibe. Would definitely come back and stay in this condo.
