Property does not respect prices at rhe booking.com

There’s nothing positive about that property.

Avoid the property. Property doesn’t seem to be respecting booking.com prices and have a tendency to charge additional on top of that price without letting you know. Have paid £177 instead of £154 as been on booking website. Avoid if you can unless you want your holiday to be ruined before your arrive the property.

Good value for money

Clean small place. Nice view from the balcony, very quiet we could hear the nature, visiting out off high season. Will do with some better decoration.

Passable

Despite paying a lot of money, we didn't have warm water and heating for a whole day as the boiler broke. Despite a visit by the handy man in the evening the problem was only solved for a short period of time after which the boiler stopped working again. This meant that not only we had to stay in a cold apartment but our clothes (wet from snow and rain) were unable to dry. Eventually we have been moved to a different apartment. Our happiness of being moved to an apartment with water and heating was quickly disrupted by being waken up in the middle of the night by a couple fighting in the corridor. This was horrifying! Even bigger problem was that there is no staff members on the site after 5 pm so we have been left alone to deal with the situation. We contemplated calling the emergency number provided by the staff but was worried if we are going to be charged for the call out - the document containing the emergency number stated that you will be charged 100 zloty for inappropriate call outs. Overall the apartments are beautiful but the service is not too great. We have used Sun and Snow a few times now and each visit unravels more issues so we won't be using them again.

Przede wszystkim święty spokój i ciszę i widok na piękny las.

Jedyne co było na minus prosiłam o ekspres do kawy i był w ofercie do apartamentu był to ekspres do kawy dość brudny,oczywiście ani razu użyty przez nas,dużo podróżujemy także współpracujemy z hotelami i zazwyczaj w hotelach znajduje się ekspres na kawę ziarnistą albo na kapsułki i przede wszystkim oczywiście typowe ze kawą się znajduje w cenie i obiekcie saszetki które były, nie nadawały się do picia kawa bym ich nie nazwała. Czystość pokoju też daje dużo do życzenia, pościel dość brudna,pełno kurzu.
