Beautiful apartment in a quiet street in central London, convenient for museums, theatres and restaurants. As another reviewer said the apartment we were allocated was not the one shown in photos, and was partially below street level at the front, but it was light, quiet, and had a view of a courtyard garden from the bedroom (no access). Access is a code on the apartment door handle. Ignore the key safe box next to the door. We were too stoopid to get this but customer services answered the phone immediately and helpfully explained how to get in. Many thanks to the lovely friendly cleaner who arrived at the end of the stay, who does an excellent job. We would definitely stay here again and have booked the top floor apartment for later this year. Recommend Gauthier Soho and Studio Gauthier restaurants.

Perfect location to explore central London.The flat is nicely furnished and it has air conditioning which was a great asset as we had a very hot week.
Well equipped and lots of storage space for clothes.
There was a problem with the drain in the bathroom.The water was flowing fine but there was a nasty smell coming from the drain.We noticed it only late as we left the bathroom window open.

Very nice room, comfortable bed and overall great management of the space. Everything was well organised, and there was a mini kitchen
It was at the ground flood facing the street and near the entrance which meant a bit of noise, and no option to open the window, however it is a quiet street so the noise was minimal

I really liked the location! Perfect for a weekend.
There was a really bad drain smell in the bathroom shower like someone had just done a poo! The moment we walked in we could smell it. Also there were three flights of stairs and no lights apart from a tiny emergency light I’d to put the torch on my phone to get the key from the lockbox!
