l'emplacement est idéal à l'extérieur de Polignano a Mare, il est situé dans un environnement très calme.
la propriété dispose de plusieurs espaces de location parfaitement indépendant et sans vis à vis.
En revanche, notre location ne permettait pas une vue directe sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Pour la vue mer, on ne pouvait en profiter que sur le toit terrasse...mais impossible en journée avec le soleil !

La localisation (même pas 10minutes de Polignano) est très bien : zone très calme, avec place pour la voiture, un supermarché à 5minutes.
Alberto et sa femme sont très gentils, ils nous ont conseiller sur des activités, ce qu’il faut manger etc…. Une aide incroyable, des bons conseils pour visiter !
Concernant la location : tout est fonctionnel, la Clim, la cuisine, chambre, salle de bain tout est parfait.
