Beautiful Town house in a quiet cove with a dock & kayaks. Please bring your own lifejackets. Public Beaches, Swimming pools, Gyms.
Deck & Pit Boss grill, AC, kitchen has microwave, Air fryer, blender dishwasher, oven range, fridge W/ icemaker.
Everything you need is right here. Located in the middle of nine exclusive golf courses, eight 18 hole courses and one 27 hole course and eleven lakes, access to many hiking and biking trails right outside your door, as well as Pickleball courts.
It is a short commute to charming downtown Hot Springs and nearby Oaklawn Race Track and Casino. It is ten minutes from two grocery stores, and is adjacent to Ouachita National Forest and yes Domino's will deliver right here. 5 minutes from a pretty nice Mexican restaurant, gas station or liquor store. Note Arkansas has no alcohol sales on Sunday.

Great little place (two floors) right on the lake (no backyard its the lake)...Great views. The house feels like a home away from home. I do recommend touch up paint inside the townhouse its not bad to reject anyone in staying (walls/cabinets showing age)...Love the main bedrooms are down stairs (cooler)...Beds are comfortable! Note, only one shower/tub downstairs and half bath up stairs. Small pets are perfect for the location if they don't jump in the lake..(plenty of locations to walk your family small pet in front) its clean location so pick up after the dog drops (plenty of trash containers outside). The Host allowed us in early (SO KIND) because we were driving down from IOWA through serve thunder/rain storms. Enjoy everyone

Enjoyed our stay immensely and our host was available for any and all questions during our stay. He gave us great information on the area and has maps and local attraction information in the living room. We enjoyed kayaking right from the boat dock and were able to catch some bass from the dock as well.The area has plentiful hiking/biking/boating trails around the lakes and we used most of them during our stay.The upstairs living area, kitchen and half bath are at street level when you enter. The upstairs deck was a wonderful morning and evening location for watching the boats going by, sunrises and sunsets.The downstairs two bedrooms, full bath and laundry were very comfortable and the temperature ran cooler than the upstairs.The lower covered patio is directly connected to the boathouse and one of the bedrooms.We were able to get to Hot Springs National Park, Lake Catherine and Ouachita State parks with a short drive.We plan to go back in the fall/winter to explore the area more. We traveled with our two small dogs and there are a few areas right outside the building for them to relieve themselves.It was just the two of us and our dogs but this home could readily accommodate more people.The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Versatile appliances included an air fryer and a coffee maker that did drip and kcups.Fishing gear was provided, however we brought our own. Loved the stay!
