The staff were great and very helpful! I’d recommend paying for the dinner package, the food was excellent and portion size was incredible. I didn’t go hungry! The hostel is a great spot to meet like minded people who enjoy the mountains.

good breakfast, good staff, and good locker storage for our excess clothes and luggages that we didn't need for the tour du mont blanc
the beds were not clean, there was a lot of hair left on our beds from previous guests, and luckily we had liners with us to use.

Bar onsite, gondola pass, friendly staff.
It’s far from central Chamonix - it’s technically not even in Chamonix. Bus ride required to get to/from hostel.
Shared bathroom definitely needs a renovation. There was often water all over the bathroom floor. Doors in hallway are loud when closing.
Common area lighting is very dim.
