The caravan need some TLC, sofas covers very old fashioned and cleanliness poor.

The Holiday venue was excellent and the staff very helpful. The food we purchase on site was very good.

The caravan was privately owned and it was shabby. The facilities were basic and it was clean to a low standard but it was adequate for our short break.

KEY LOCK TO LOW HAD TO GET ON HADS AND KNEES BECAUSE OF MY BAD BACK

BEDS WERE VERY POOR SPRINGS STICKING IN BODY VERY PAINFUL

Dirty caravan. Didn't feel safe.

Caravan was dirty. I didn't mind it was old, but I think a better clean or replacements would have been great. The front door didn't completely close and it was freezing at night.

Not clean. We paid £185 there was not even a toilet roll or sponges to wash the dishes.
