The hosts name in English translate to happiness, and when she truly brought that filling out for meeting her. Excellent place very clean and wonderful host. The place was very good. The bed was extremely comfortable. Super clean and I would say again. The view was spectacular.

Hosts are amazing, they make you feel very welcome and are always available to assist you. The lent us beach chairs and a beach umbrella, and got us some laundry detergent as well - all extra requests they weren't obliged to fulfill (and which actually saved us money!).
Location is great.
The room was simple but had everything we needed.
Shower didn't have a curtain (but the host mentioned they were planning to do some renovations to the bathrooms, so it might have changed since then).

Good location with a balcony facing the port. So you can sit and watch people come and go on the Lixouri ferry right across the street. Family run. Good for a 1 night's stay, won't recommend it for longer as it is just not comfortable.
No parking was available so a bit of a struggle to find parking nearby. Although we did manage to.
What really let us down was the uncomfortable beds and dated furniture. This place is screaming for a facelift, including a change of pillows and mattress. No bed throw or duvet was provided. Just plain sheets. For the price we paid, it wasn't value for money.
