A améliorer.

Le point de vue,

La literie de la chambre ( vue mer on ne peux pas bouger dans le lit sans qu'il y est un seul bruit, pas de vis après le pied droit au fond du lit ,le sommier ne serait il pas fait maison ?? Lattes en médium ,matelas avec creux à l'emplacementdu corps , le canapé pas très confortable, et 4 ème étage sans ascenseur, cage d' escalier avec une chaleur intenable .

Super appartement mais à équiper avec du neuf

La vue est magnifique, le quartier bien calme. L'appartement spacieux, la literie ok.

Impossible d'utiliser les poêles rayées et très usées, les plaques électriques sont rouillées et dangereuses. Les fils et le sucre d'un radiateur électrique sont apparents dans la cuisine. La table extérieure est trop petite pour manger à 4.

La vue est magnifique, le quartier bien calme. L'appartement spacieux, la literie ok.

Impossible d'utiliser les poêles rayées et très usées, les plaques électriques sont rouillées et dangereuses. Les fils et le sucre d'un radiateur électrique sont apparents dans la cuisine. La table extérieure est trop petite pour manger à 4.
