Great location - easy walk to the beach & on the quieter end of Grayton Beach, which we loved. Heated pool was perfect for our two small kids when they needed a break from the sand. Great size pool for a vacation house located so close to the beach. House is lovely and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were all comfortable. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thankful to find this little house nestled among the huge new builds in Grayton!

Great location! Quiet beach access around the corner! Close to the legendary Red Bar! Comfy beds! Beach wagon/chairs were a plus! Great to cool off in the pool - could use some more/updated seating options at pool. Overall a great stay and great communication!

Overall, we had a great trip! Everyone agreed the house was “good”. The location was great, an easy walk to the beach and to other businesses in Grayton Beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful. The house had all the items you’d need, but several small issues that we noted. A few items that would have made us give 5 stars:-the quality of the TVs was poor, and only the one in the living room worked-there is absolutely no shade on the pool deck, we had to set up our beach canopy to enjoy it in the daytime-there was no place to put any items in the primary shower-the toilet seat would not stay up in the primary bathroom-there are only 4 chairs at the table, even though there’s 3 bedrooms, and the stools fell apart when we sat on them-there is no pantry for dry goods, so we had to use the majority of the counter space for our items
