Perfect location and accommodation

Spacious and clean. Owners provided washing up liquid and hand soap which I had forgot to pack so was much appreciated

Perfect night away… beautiful change of scenery. Just what we all needed.

It was such a beautiful caravan, felt very homely.. we did not want to leave.

There is nothing we did not like about the caravan.

Taking grandchildren away

Clean, spacious and well equipped caravan in an excellent position.

Television reception was difficult at times. Apart from that, which is a minor issue, it was faultless.

L17 caravan

Loved the location of this caravan and where it was situated in the park just near the entrance.on a Very friendly site. Caravan was well equipped with everything you need for your stay we were a family of 4 adults and it was adequately big enough. We only stayed one night but towels were not provided not sure if this was just for our stay or if not something offered generally but we were told and packed some in advance. Bedding was clean and well presented.

This caravan on first arrival is welcoming and homely, but after a while it's very obvious it's an old caravan. There is obvious wear and tear and a few things that could do with attention inside and out but it's a rental and it's to be expected.

Exceptional

The caravan was perfect, there was everything that you needed and in the bathroom there was ample space which was great. I loved the outside space and it was nice to sit there in the morning sun with a cup of coffee. We will definitely be booking up again next year as we both loved our holiday and the beach was close too which was a bonus.

wasn’t what we picked, had to have due to other booking cancelling on us. Was more money and we could see from the pictu

old fashioned, no nets in the windows so had to keep closed, tv didn’t work properly if it was windy or rained.

beautiful van , owners had thought of everything ,, 10/10 all the way ,, met the owners ,nicer people i have yet to meet , they are lovely,, caravan was clean , you felt really cosy in the evening when the curtains were shut and the fire was burning,,

Excellent accommodation for short breaks.

Easy to find from directions given. Very comfortable. Well equiped. Although we only stayed for 2 nights, we would have been very happy to stay for longer, if we were looking for an extended length of time. Excellent location.

Everything was spot on , clean , spacious and ideal location . easy access to town . can even catch bus or land train at end of road if walking is not your thing .

Lovely caravan in a great location. Clean, well-maintained great value for money. Close to the beach. Short walk to shops and amusements.

Good van, we would stay again.

Great looking van and perfect location to the beach and central arcades. Clear instructions from owner. Nice van overall. Big bathroom and master bedroom and decent size kitchen/living room. Clean and tidy. Secure 2 balconies was a nice addition.

2nd single bed was a campbed not a single bed as listed so wouldn't be suitable for an adult. The bedroom was really cramped once the campbed was unfolded and we had to move the bedside cabinet for it to fit. Couldn't get the fire to turn on or find instructions. Could do with some updates eg table top was very wobberly, toilet and shower water pressure was very low, a few gaps around the ceiling . Nothing that would stop your staying but would definitely make it better. Nothing to do with the van but the site had no shop that we found so bring coffee , milk etc. The pub does do take out dinners though.

Very good

Could do with new curtains, but I'm a seamstress so always looking for something like that.

Looked forward to going home.

Caravan location on site, the walk into the town centre was nice, we ran out of gas, owner promptly had it replaced and we were up and running again. Hot water and good heating for October.

The uncomfortable seating around the table, poor cutlery and tin opener broken, dirty frying pan, blunt knives, very bouncy bed hard to sleep on. The small room with one bed smelt awful, something wrong in there. We ran out of gas after a week, woke up extremely cold the next day and felt ill. Bubbling ceiling due to what appears water getting in. The shower had very poor water pressure, you had to have the tap in just the right place.

Brilliant caravan and location

The property was lovely and clean and really good value for money The site was close to the beach and mablethorpe itself so brilliant location Only 30 min down to road to Fantasy island in ingoldmells and Skegness Would definitely stay in this caravan again
