We really enjoyed our stay in Silverton. The house was cozy and more spacious then we expected! The furniture was fairly new and comfortable. The beds were a medium firm comfort level which was a great support level for my chronic lower back issues yet soft enough for my wife’s preferred comfort level. Since we travel a lot with our adult children and young grandchild(ren), it’s always a bonus to find a place that has a pack-n-play and high chair. This property did not have those so we had to bring a pack-n-play with us. It wasn’t a deal breaker and we’d certainly come back to this property but maybe something for the property manager(s)/owners to consider getting 😉

The exterior fits the overall vibe of being in an old town. But the inside did not disappoint it had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out as well as be comfortable together. We loved the large kitchen table the large shower and the views we great too. Everything was clean and as you’d hope when you travel away from your own bed. We had a great time and it will be a significant part of our memories from our trip. Also this place is blessed with friendly neighbors too.

Great location, spotless, spacious, very well furnished with everything a VRBO renter would expect and a lot more. Good quality stuff for a rental property. Very responsive managers. We were one couple but the house could easily accommodate six and could squeeze in eight. Pricey but worth it. Silverton in late January can be magical.

This home was very clean! Seemed like appliances and furniture were all new. Nice shower with plenty of hot water for all of us. It was so convenient, we walked everywhere we went in Silverton. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The house was very cozy and comfortable. Worked great for our UTV trip. Parking was easy along the street with our pick up and trailer. Enjoyed the walks to shopping and food. Will be back!!

We had such a great stay. This place is awesome. It is extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds, couch, recliners were all comfortable. We loved sitting out on the porch with the beautiful mountain view. The hosts are amazing, great communication!

Silverton Surprise

Empire House is a real gem! Spotless, comfortable, and of course in a great location. Angela, our host, was super helpful and understanding when our trip was delayed by a 44” snow dump in the seasons biggest storm. The home is great for up to 4 people and I’ll stay there again.

Every house in Silverton in the town is walking distance to anything in town. Great house. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Ample parking for cars and a trailer, but no ohvs. Very clean. Wonderful place to stay.

We stayed at the Empire house for an ATV trip. The house is clean, well supplied, and chose to everything. There was laundry detergent, plenty of towels, kitchen items. The beds were so comfy! The decor is very nice as well. It was a great place to rest and wind down after being on the trail all day!! *the rental is on the OHV trail but you have to park across 9th street from the house. Not a huge deal for us but would have been nice to know.
