Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend: eine dunkle, unpraktische Wohnung mit stark verschmutzter Terrasse, kaum
Wir sind früher abgereist, weil der Aufenthalt für uns absolut nicht gestimmt hat. Der größte Mangel war die Terrasse: Sie war bei unserer Anreise stark verschmutzt und so ungepflegt, dass man sie praktisch nicht normal nutzen konnte. Wir haben davon auch Bilder gemacht. Gerade wenn man eine Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse bucht, ist das für mich kein kleines Detail, sondern ein erheblicher Mangel.
Ein angemessenes Entgegenkommen gab es trotz Reklamation nicht. Stattdessen wurde sich im Nachgang darauf berufen, dass wir angeblich zu spät bzw. nicht konkret genug bemängelt hätten. Für uns ist das nicht nachvollziehbar, denn der Zustand der Terrasse war offensichtlich und hat den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.
Auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns nicht überzeugt. Sie ist sehr dunkel, im Badezimmer gibt es kaum Ablagefläche und insgesamt ist vieles unpraktisch. Dazu kommen mehrere Pflichten trotz hohem Preis: Bett selbst abziehen, Müll selbst entsorgen usw. Wenn man das nicht macht, werden sogar 100 € Gebühr angedroht. Für mich passt das überhaupt nicht zu einer teuren Ferienwohnung, bei der man eigentlich eine ordentliche Endreinigung erwartet.
Die Lage wirkt strandnah, ist aber in der Praxis sehr umständlich. Man kommt nicht einfach direkt zum Strand, sondern muss weit über das Hotelgelände laufen. Mit Gepäck ist es wegen der entfernten Parkplätze ebenfalls unpraktisch. Restaurants gibt es in der direkten Umgebung kaum.
Insgesamt: dunkle Wohnung, stark verschmutzte Terrasse, unpraktische Abläufe, kaum Ablagefläche, schlechte Erreichbarkeit trotz Strandnähe und kein angemessenes Entgegenkommen bei der Reklamation. Für den Preis absolut nicht überzeugend. Wir würden nicht wieder buchen.
