В липні тиждень гостювали в цьому райському місці. Нам сподобалось все, а саме садиба і територія, неймовірна природа, атмосфера спокою, доброзичливі люди. В садибі якась загадкова і казкова атмосфера, там хочеться знаходитись але також хочеться насолоджуватися природою яка оточує. А яка там гірська річка тече, прямо біля садиби, як вона журчить і заспокоює. Велика подяка господарю Андрію, він справді дуже приємний і турботливий, завжди відчували опіку і доброзичливість. Ми зарядилися енергією, оздоровилися і відновили нервову систему, що в наш складний час дуже складно зробити.
Якщо є бажання, є можливість влаштовувати собі легкі піші прогулянки, декілька хвилин по лісі до чудового водопаду, прогулятися лісом вздовж гірської річки. Складніше полодати підйоми на полонину мальовничим лісом або на гору Стій, це реально, запам’ятається на все життя!
В поселені є кафе «У Валентини», кафе не працює в повній мірі, але є можливість домовитись, вам приготують форель, смачніше форелі не їли (якість секретні приправи і трави використовують).
Можна писати безкінечно, маємо намір повторити подорож саме до Садиби ''Під Полониною'', думаю там буде комфортно не тільки влітку але і в інші сезони. Дуже хотілось розтопити піч і відчути тепло і затишок від печі (але було спекотно і так).
Ми вдячні можливості погостювати в садибі, бажаємо господарям миру, процвітання і здійснення всіх бажань.

I was looking for a quiet place away from towns and cities ,it was perfect for that.You’re in nature and along a river .Host was very helpful.
road is a little rough but drive slow it is okay

The cabin is located on the bottom of the mountains, mountain river runs next to it & there is a waterfall in less than 5 min walk. It's an old very well kept cabin with apple trees around a separate kitchen building & a separate shower/bathroom building. It's an awesome secluded place for a vacation. One can get to the mountain meadows going to the right of the property (approximately 1 hr going up) with beautiful mountains views on the top. Mountain Stiy is approximately 7 miles up from the property with breathtaking panoramic views (in sunny days). The owner Andriy is very accommodating and caring and can give a lot of tips & hiking directions. I highly recommend this property & I will definitely be back.

A truly special and magical place. We were blessed to stay for 5 days during the winter season, and wish we could have stayed forever! Incredible location between the mountains, with a beautiful river running through the property. Like a fairytale in winter and equally as beautiful in the Summer time. Cosy, comfortable accommodation, beautiful views, the most welcoming and friendly owner. An unforgettable experience. We hope to be back soon!
Absolutely no complaints. We loved everything about this place.We enjoyed the simple cabin living and having to keep the fire burning in order to keep warm.
