At first, I was put in a room, but my reservation was for an apartment. The mistake was quickly corrected. When I got sick, the staff were kind, caring, and helpful in getting me some medication and food. Google translate was indispensable as the local staff could communicate only in their mother tongue, Spanish.
I expected the apartment to have outdoor seating. But it didn't. The cold water spicket in the kitchen sink was not working.

Room rate is very reasonable. Room Service Breakfast was very good. Very convenient location to the San Pedro Sula International Airport. Personal Shuttle service to the Airport was very good.

The location in a gated and heavily secured neighborhood is great. The beds were comfortable and so was the living room, kitchen was nice and clean.
The bathroom smelled awful. I had to trap 4 huge cockroaches in glasses before I could shower.
