All in all, it was an enjoyable short stay, good-value for money! Thank you! :)

The location is wonderful for it's near the beach for me and my kids, along with the swimming pool... the apartment is also quite good in terms of facilities, but it can be better, for a maximum of 4 people. It's good value for money.

I would have preferred the stay with breakfast at least within the same place to avoid messing up the whole morning outside! When it comes to planning the day, my kids prefer enjoying swimming in the pool in the morning right after their breakfast!

Très décevant – Un service qui gâche le séjour pour un prix excessif

L'emplacement et la joignabilité du propriétaire. La gentillesse du personnel de l'hotel.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en Tunisie, mais l'expérience dans cet appart-hôtel a malheureusement gâché une partie de notre séjour. Pour un tarif très élevé, les prestations ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur d'un propriétaire particulier (aucun service hôtelier) ni d'un appartement équipé. Les points noirs : Manque d'hygiène : Ménage non fait à l'arrivée. Les draps supplémentaires fournis sentaient la transpiration des précédents occupants (nous avons dû les laver à la main avant de les utiliser). Aucun outil de nettoyage fourni, pas même une brosse de WC. Vétusté et inconfort : Le mobilier est très usé et "dans son jus". Le canapé est taché et tellement creusé au milieu qu'y dormir est très inconfortable. La vaisselle est hors d'âge : la poêle fournie était repoussante,, nous avons dû en acheter une. La télé n'est pas connectée a part you tube (aucun abonnement). Pénurie d'équipements et corvées : Loué pour 4 personnes, nous n'avions que 4 serviettes et qu'un drap et deux coussins à l'arrivée. Pas de machine à laver : nous avons passé le séjour à laver draps, serviettes (les mêmes pendant 10 jours) et vêtements à la main. Le positif : Le propriétaire s'est montré à l'écoute et a acheté une machine à café suite à nos remarques. Un geste appréciable, mais très insuffisant face au manque global de confort et d'entretien. En résumé, le rapport qualité-prix est injustifié et les prestations sont très décevantes pour des vacances en famille.

The location is wonderful for it's near the beach for me and my kids, along with the swimming pool... the apartment is also quite good in terms of facilities, but it can be better, for a maximum of 4 people. It's good value for money.
