The place was really pleasant with all the necessary amenities available. Literally 1 minute walk from the beach.
Was kept really tidy.
Should be mentioned in the description regarding its accessibility. The flat is on 2nd floor. People with accessibility issues should have this info beforehand.
We personally didn't have any issues but we only got to know about it after reading some reviews and booking the property.

Excellent location looking over the sea from the top floor when we found it,rooms were a great size,everything you needed except for a hair dryer and blackout curtains as the room was light at night.Was nice and qiiet in the room.

We were in flat 1 but it was not clear which key box was 1 as the writing was small
The apartment was flat 1 which you would think it would be on the ground floor. No it was on the 3rd floor.
I don’t think upper floors accessible by stairs only covers the fact that the flat was up all the flight of stairs. I would not have booked it if I the description had said as my partner has heart problems and really struggled.

Superb location. All amenities you need well packaged in a small apartment. No photo can do justice to the view to Portsmouth across the solent. Excellent host communications.
