Thanos, the host, is really friendly, as everyone mentioned in the comments. Warmly welcomed us, handed us the keys, I texted him with a problem in the bathroom and he immediately came with a technician (couldn't completely solve the problem though). There were compliments in the kitchen, coffee capsules too.
The room is spacious, the balcony too. Location is good, close to the entrance of the city. It was clean.
Equipment was very old and scarce. In the big room there is just a bed, two bed tables and a wardrobe. The siphon in the bathroom was clogged, and the shower handle was broken.
Nobody came to clean the room for 4 nights.
The towels were old and yellowish from long usage.
One of the rooms was actually semi-underground, and the pipes on the neighbour's bathroom were above the bed - so you hear the water every time they go to the toilet. Not pleasant at all.
The lights in the room were not enough, one bulb was burnt.
