I loved everything. The staff was lovely. Super helpful. The amenities were brand new. The rooms were super clean and they made your room clean somehow every day. Even if you said no new towels, they will make your room look amazing. The archeological site in the lobby is jaw dropping. This place is amazing!!!
There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

The location was superb, in front of the Cathedral and walking distance to the historical buildings and locations. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was superb.
There was no facility for exercise. Apparently there were plans to build spa facility.

Open air patio in the pyramid tower was the best part, very convenient location in city center. Had a beautiful room with a view and small balcony. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Over all a good value safe hotel.
Only a single very slow elevator used by guests and staff. Loud neighbors despite sound proofing. On-site restaurants not that great and no atmosphere servers not very friendly. Watch out for taxi prices from airport was double what I paid to get back. I needed to switch rooms due to a bad door lock and no view interior room…. Moved to a room with gorgeous view but the safe wouldn’t lock but over all a good value safe hotel.
