Photos of property are a true likeness, would definitely stay again but would request a different room

Smaller complex, great location and lovely having a hot tub

Our room had a bad pungent smell from an underfloor water tank due to not having a sufficient rubber seal. Maybe bathroom could be better designed too.

Apartment bit small for 3 people, kitchen too small, difficult to cook, not much space in the wardrope for clothes for 3 people. Sofà bed not confortble for an adult. When it is booked for 3 adults they should have 3 beds. Beach close not that nice, the good one are 15/20 minutesby car

Ok but bad value for money.

We stayed at the Afrodite apartment (3pl with jacuzzi on the terrace). What to say, the place is just ok, with some good but also bad things. It was clean and rather new, soundproof windows and mosquito nets, tv with netflix/prime. The terrace with jacuzzi is nice, although it has some issues (see below). Location is ok, just because it is close to a nice seaside promenade.

Absolutely horrible 3rd accommodation, which is a very cheap and uncomfortable stone-hard sofa bed. Same story on the terrace, where you have two sunbeds with no cushions at all (you lay on hard wood). Believe me, it is impossible to lay even 5 minutes on them. Also impossible to set the jacuzzi below 40 degrees, which is a big issue when you want to use it to refresh yourself from Crete's hot sun. The problem is that the jacuzzi is not connected to the water system, and only the staff is allowed to fill it (you're not able to change the water), so you can't get fresh water yourself. The sea view... well, you maybe get a slice of it between buildings, electric cables and pylons. All in all, given that these are the things you pay for, and they are barely usable, value for money is low. Parking situation is also extremely unpractical and this should be made more clear in the descriptions. We would not have booked this place if we had known. Staff is never there, seen only one girl at check-in. I'd only recommend this place if you paid half what they charge per night.

Good size apartment, well appointed and very comfortable. Good situation to see Elounda.

No lift. We were on the 2nd floor and had to climb 2.5 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases.

Great accommodation to decompress and unwind!

Great view. Location super close to sea promenade. Very comfortable and spacious room. Roof terrace with jacuzzi and sun bed lounge is just amazing. Easy check in & out.

No designated parking spot available - but easy to find a parking (also in front of the door).

I am partially disabled and I had to climb 36 steps to our room there was a handrail from floor one up to two but no handrail from one to reception otherwise we have no complaints

Incredible stay in Elounda.

This was a last minute booking as the hotel we had driven 4 hours to was a huge disappointment. Graciously they let us out of our reservation but we were stuck. I had saved Naides on my booking list and wrote them. They immediately confirmed. When we drove up and parked right in front of the property. We shared with the two lovely receptionists, both named Irina, that this was a birthday trip. Our room was not quite ready (actually it was ready but the jacuzzi was being filled), so we went for a coffee in this beautiful seaside town. When we returned, the two irena’s and the other staff (still don’t know their names) had decided to upgrade our suite to an even nicer room and presented us with a bottle of wine all to celebrate our special day. We were so happy at this property we extended another day. I wish I could still be there looking at the sea view.

Great location, very clean and comfortable would recommend.

Great location close to lovely restaurants and bars. Parking a bit hit and miss but parking nearby so not an issue. Very clean and rooms tidied with fresh linen and towels regularly. Could have done with a toaster but when I asked I was given a sandwich toaster so that was fine for what we needed. Just a personal opinion but could have done with mugs for drinks rather than small cups, the loungers were a bit hard they could have been better with cushions but then people don't always look after them so not a big deal as there was a bean bag for me! The Jacuzzi was lovely, we were in Penelope which was fine for us but the stairs could be a challenge for some. Overall would stay again very nice staff and we used Manos for our taxi as recommended by the staff so would use him again very good service.

We were unable to access the hotel. All external doors were locked when we arrived at 4.30pm. We waited until 4.50pm and rang the given phone number which wasn't answered on two occasions. I trust you will secure our money back as we had to stay in a more expensive hotel in Elounda. We should have been met on arrival, no excuse. It was extremely hot and 20 minutes was long enough standing.

Elounda stairs...

The room was bright and enough space for four of us. Loved the small kitchenette.

The site was misleading and didn't mention the three flights of stairs we had to climb to get to our room. This was very difficult with two small babies but we did it anyway. We also believed there was a jacuzzi in our room and a larger balcony but this was also misleading.

We had the best holiday ever. The hosts were very nice and the communication was great. The location was very quit and the appartment was completely private. We would recommend this place to everybody who is looking for a relaxt holiday. We give a 10 for all the facilities. Hopefully we can come back in the near future. Thank you very much!

A good two days between other hotels.

Staff frendly and helpfull, pool clean and loungers and tables plentifull, close to the front and town. Good views from land side balconies, the sea side ones must be better. Rooms and bathrooms a bit dated now but good value for money in mid July.

Breakfast, get there when it starts. No lift for us older people and the doors can bang when it's windy or from night owls coming back.

Busy road during the day but not at night . Very near restaurants and bars. very close to beach and harbour.

no elevator which was not an issue for us but might have been for older people.

It was an excellent place to stay in all respects!

We did not realise that we had already paid the government tax per night with booking.com. They charged us over 40 euros at the hotel, so we paid twice which we were not happy with!!!

A really happy two weeks.

This place was simply perfect for us and exceeded our hopes. We were here 2 weeks at the end of a month's stay in Crete and wanted comfort, quiet, relaxation with shops and restaurants and bars in easy reach. It had everything in spades. As well as giving it full marks for everything from comfort through cleanliness (daily cleaning and regular linen updates) we would single out two things. We were in Selene, number 12, the highest apartment with rooftop terrace and hot or cool tub. Yes, there were steps to climb but what a reward at the top, the view of Mirabello Bay was to die for. You could spend all day on the terrace (table and chairs, loungers, sunshade) and not grow tired of the vista. Also the management team are excellent. They are all friends and colleagues, really professional and nothing is too much trouble. We felt we had left friends behind.

I can't think of a single thing.

We loved our stay. The apartments are central, very clean and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much we have been trying to see when we can get back. Would highly recommend.
