The location is amazing, close to everything and with an incredible view of the harbour. Deck off the one bedroom is amazing and the other decks are nice as well. Very easy to get to, especially when ZTL zones are open. Close to everything you want to see and do.
Kitchen is the largest we've experienced in travels through Italy, but poorly appointed. No kitchen towels, no basic spices not even salt and pepper, no utensils for non-stick pans, minimal wine glasses. Coffee maker is a pod type and only had 2 pods for 3 days with 2 people. As a minimum there should be enough coffee pods for one coffee each per day. We ended up buying a moka pot just to have coffee in the morning. For 30 Euro in costs of supplying the kitchen we'd rate this a 9. For 50 euro spent by the owner addressing the above, say adding some local quality olive oil for cooking, we'd rate this a 10. But unfortunately some of the basics just weren't there and that was disappointing.

We absolutely loved everything about this appartment! Freshly renovated and decorated with good taste, confort and quality. The best part is the location, close to nicest area. If we come back, we will rent this exact place again for sure!
The only thing is the parking is kind of far but no big deal, just so you know! We parked when we arrived and walked the whole time because everything is around this appartment, restaurants, boutique, beach, attractions.

Le bruit. La Clim sous la fenêtre Et le moteur des frigo du restaurant qui la nuit même fenêtre fermé faisait trop de bruit
