A comfortable, spacious apartment with good dimensions. The kitchen was particularly functional and generally a pleasant space. Access to the town centre was excellent. We enjoyed our stay!
Pre-arrival communications processes were cumbersome and, at times, ineffective. I had to phone the managers on arrival to get the access code for the keybox. It had been sent to my email which was not functioning on the doorstep of the premises! The access lock was tricky to operate and needs replacing.

The property is clean, tidy, and in the perfect spot with just a very short stroll to the high street and castle. Hosts were easy to contact with great communication and were very accommodating.
This did not affect our stay at all but I will comment just for feedback - the mattresses on beds could have been a little more comfortable. I know mattresses are a personal preference but we found the double bed mattress to be too soft and the second bedroom single beds had one which was also too soft and the other too hard.

We were given clear instructions on how to get to the property and where to park. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was another car in the parking spot for our flat, no. 2, so we had to park in the space for flat 1. Later that evening, we saw that the car had gone, so we moved ours and didn't have any other problems.

Parking and central location
Constant aeroplanes disturbed sleep, couldn't get into the doors easily due to faulty locks, only single duvet cover provided for double duvet for sofa bed and ensuite blind broken. No response from agency when the duvet issue was raised, so slept without the cover.
Also annoyed that a damage deposit wasn't asked for until after the place was paid for and the last inventory I asked for wasn't provided.
