The room was a little bigger than I have come to expect form typical Japanese hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful, even when the breakfast line was busy. The breakfast selection was basic but filling.
The initial pillow was a bit rough - but there were pillows to grab from the laundry area if you need an upgrade for free. No complaints other than that.

Phenomenal staff. Extremely warm and welcoming and willing to help with whatever. Loved the library area where we could sit and work if we wanted to throughout the day. Very comfortable bed and duvet. Cute and quaint little town. Breakfast was nice to start the day with.
Pillows were very flat would’ve liked an additional one (could have asked but I didn’t throughout my stay so that’s partially my fault).

Wow this hotel was perfect- great location, helpful staff, friendly well organised, breakfast was included and was delicious. Our room view was of the castle! Highly recommend this hotel and great value for money.

The room was a great value for the price we paid. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good!
The pillows were kind of flat. But other than that everything was great!
