Very clean, spacious and good welcome services, especially big bath, soft serve ice cream, many laundry machines.

Hotel is located right next to the station. Staff were EXTREMELY friendly, the welcome drinks and complimentary evening soft serve ice cream were delicious. Breakfast was incredible and varied, particularly the 5 types of orange juice and ice cream! The main attractions of Matsuyama (onsen+castle) are in walking distance of the hotel.
Too few lifts for a hotel with so many floors, leading to long waiting times. Breakfast and a bed for children are not included in the final price, so we had to pay extra. (Even though he was booked to stay in the hotel).Breakfast ends at 9.30, which we found rather early. Aside from the famous onsen and castle, there isnt much to do in the area.

This is a business hotel located right in front of the station, though it can feel very crowded most of the time.
the bedding was quite shocking. There was no proper bed sheet—only a mattress cover. The typical mattress cover material felt slippery and uncomfortable compared to cotton sheets, making it hard to sleep comfortably.
Additionally, when the heater was turned on, there was an unpleasant smell.
Ah, There are only two elevators, and we constantly had to wait. During checkout time, the elevators were often full from the upper floors, so we missed them two or three times. I’d strongly recommend allowing extra time in your schedule when checking out.
