The location was great—within easy walking distance of the main bay, with a supermarket conveniently located just across from the apartment. The apartment was also very clean
There was no hand soap or shower gel provided, which are basic amenities you would normally expect to find in a property like this.
The information about parking could also have been clearer. When we asked about parking, we simply received the response, “Yes, no problem,” without any explanation of where we were supposed to park. We eventually found a spot on the street, but we still don’t know whether parking there was free or if we were supposed to pay.

Confortevole casetta a due piani e tutta di legno, a pochi minuti dalla zona più bella di Honfleur, davvero eccezionale per visitare la cittadina. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il posto auto al coperto
Ci avrebbe fatto comodo avere indicazioni in merito al garage prima del nostro arrivo ( non sapendone nulla avevamo parcheggiato a dieci minuti dalla casa e portato le valigie sotto il diluvio). Le comunicazioni dell'host un po' vaghe e scarne.

Bed bottom sheet too small for the bed , rucked up, pillow cases too big for the pillows and rumpled/ uncomfortable . A small double sheet but no duvet cover so duvet itself touched our bodies, unhygienic so I did not feel comfortable. The bed itself is in an alcove under the slopping roof which meant one of us had to remember to bend double to get in and out of the bed. One of the bedside lamps was not plugged in and had no easy access to a plug socket. Important when there is no main electric light in the room. The most important thing for an overnight stop is a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed with the appropriate clean good quality bed linen. The prices charged , including a hefty cleaning charge even for an overnight stay, 3 pm to 11 am were not reflected in the most important areas, the bedroom. A shame.
