The comfortable apartment “4-Star Holiday Apartment No. 1” is part of a country house and is situated in the idyllic Deggenhausertal (Deggenhauser Valley) near Salem. The 85 m² duplex apartment is perfect for quiet and relaxing holidays in the scenic Lake Constance region and consists of a living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, satellite television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair. The spacious communal outdoor area boasts a lush garden with farm animals, table tennis and a playground for children. You can start the day with breakfast on the terrace with open and covered areas or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners. You can reach a supermarket after 2.3 km or a 3-minute drive, a pharmacy after a 4-minute drive (3.3 km), and several restaurants serving local dishes are within a 6-minute drive (5 km) from the property. Furthermore, it is a 12-minute drive (11 km) to Salem, and the nearest beach, Strandbad Hagnau, is 14 km or a 16-minute drive away. There you can swim in the clear blue water of Lake Constance and enjoy a brilliant lake and mountain panorama. After a 20-minute drive (16 km) to the ferry terminal in Meersburg, you can cross the lake to Konstanz. The city is famous for its picturesque old town centre, its architecture and the cathedral. After a 26-minute drive (18 km), you can explore Friedrichshafen, and in winter you can go skiing a 14-minute drive (11.5 km) away.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Für Kinder gab es Spielangebote und genügend Auslauf. Man konnte sich im Freien aufhalten.E

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ruhigen und idyllischen Ortsteil Grünwangen, der jedoch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und fußläufig erreichbare Gastronomie bietet.
Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung ist sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich in einem guten Zustand. Ein kleinerer Mangel sind uns aufgefallen.
Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmerbereich waren für 4 Personen, für die die Wohnung lt Inserat ausgelegt ist, sehr spartanisch. Da wir nur 2 Personen waren, haben wir für uns noch Lösungen gefunden.
Außerordentlich zu bemerken ist die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art der Vermieterfamilie Gäng, die ihre Arbeit mit großer Leidenschaft nachgeht und jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden hat.

Pros: Alles perfekt. Toller Check-in. Super nette Gastgeber. Rundum ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mit dem Auto in 15 min am Bodensee. Kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Gastgeber sehr freundlich,alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Super für Kinder.Ruhige ländliche Gegend.Toller Garten mit Spielplatz und vielen Fahrgeräten für Kinder.Es gibt auch eine Ziege und 2 Hasen.
