We stayed with extended family to enjoy the Loire Valley. It was a terrific vacation because of the high volume of world class tourist sites within a 30 to 60 minute drive, as well as two chateaus within a 15 minute walk. The place was incredibly well located and the rooms and design were very convenient for a party of eight or nine. We had great communication with the owner and very pleased overall woth the experience and highly recommend.

The house was great. It was located a short walk to town, was very easy to find and had great accommodations for our family. It would be a 5/5 however the downstairs toilet had a bad smell that permeated to the hall and bedroom. We were told it was due to rain, but it was not pleasant. Otherwise the property and manager were excellent.

Het huisje was geweldig. 3 aparte badkamers, 3 toiletten, ruime kamers, het was perfect voor onze familie. De communicatie liep perfect. Een echte aanrader !

Loved this house!
We had a group of ten, and we loved the house, the space, the patio, the yard games, and the location was great! We had the unfortunate timing of very hot weather (over 100 degrees F), so sleeping conditions were quite warm. The communication with the owner was fantastic! We would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic place!
This gite was perfect for our family of nine! Has been renovated & beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed eating outside & it was nice to have a place to park our cars. It was so convenient to walk to everything! The Friday market was a great place to buy local produce & eat some crepes! Loved touring Leonardo de Vinci’s house , Clos de Luce, & chateaus nearby! Highly recommend!

Great house and location
The house was very clean and we had lots of room for our family of 5. The location was great for visiting the area chateaus. We walked to the downtown area each evening for shopping, outdoor dining and gelato. Laure was very helpful and responsive.

Location idéalement située, spacieuse et pratique pour un séjour en famille.e
Nous avons réservé cette maison pour un regroupement familial de 9 personnes sur le WE de pentecôte. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Elle est idéalement située, très spacieuse, très pratique et bien entretenue.Cette prestation répond en tous points à l'annonce que nous avons vue. Merci à Laure pour cet accueil. Gîte confortable emplacement parfait
Le gîte est très bien rénové. Il est très propre et bien équipé. L'arrivée en autonomie est très pratique. L'emplacement est idéal car tous les commerces à pied. Très belle semaine à Amboise.

Emplacement idéal pour une virée découverte des châteaux de la Loire. Une charmante maison très bien équipée avec un grand parking. Le centre ville d’Ambroise facilement accessible à pied ! Nous recommandons vivement, c’était super !

Second visit to Amboise and I really enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to dinner. We were very pleased with the comfort of the beds and Laure was a great communicator regarding check in and check out. We also needed some extras at the house and she was very helpful at providing them. Wifi was available and fast. House had modern updates and more room than we actually needed for five of us. We would highly recommend her place.

Convenient, quaint rental walking distance to Downtown Amboise

Emplacement idéal, logement parfait, confortable, pratique, propre, entièrement refait à neuf, contact très clair et réactif de la part de Laure - en résumé une location 5* pour un séjour à Amboise et les châteaux de la Loire!

Propreté impeccable, proche du centre à pieds. Chateaux accessibles par voiture en un temps résorbable. Idem pour le zoo de Beauval. Logement avec une très belle décoration.

Le logement est rénové avec goût, est spacieux et cocooning, avec un joli terrain extérieur. Il est très bien situé pour naviguer dans toute la région. Très bon accueil également.

Semaine du 14 juillet avec enfants et amis parfaite. La maison est très bien pensée et aménagée, tout est neuf, propre, fonctionnel...le jardin est aussi très confortable autant pour y jouer que pour les repas/apéro... Super séjour en Touraine : l'emplacement est idéal pour vadrouiller dans la région sans faire trop de km. Centre ville d'Amboise, clos Lucé et chateau Gaillard à pied. La propriétaire est très réactive et à l'écoute. C'était parfait.

Excellent séjour!
La demeure a été récemment rénovée. Elle a été particulièrement réussie : une décoration très sympa, des équipements complets (sanitaires, salles de bains, cuisine...) et un espace extérieur agréable et bien entretenu. La location est idéalement située à 2 pas du château du Clos Lucé et à 5 min du centre ville d'Amboise. Seul petit bémol : pas encore de wifi, mais cela nous a fait notre détox numérique ;-)

Laure est une propriétaire très attentionnée à ses clients. Panier d'accueil, eau fraîche au réfrigérateur, glaçons fait.
Laure n'hésite pas à donner de bons conseils sur les visites ou restaurations.
La maison est très bien décorée, avec goût, est fonctionnelle, surtout si vous êtes à plusieurs familles, personne ne gênent l'autre. Les enfants ont apprécié le dortoir, ils ont rapproché les lits pour être ensemble !!
Je n'ai qu'un mot : allez y, c'est sincère
