Short 20 mile drive to Gunstock Ski area. All new furnishings with 3 separate living spaces. Relax on the upper level deck with awning and lakefront views. Enjoy privacy and direct access to sandy shallow water for the youngsters, but deep enough to dive in at the end of the dock (Seasonally). During winter, enjoy ice fishing (license is required and bring your own equipment)! During summer, house comes with two kayaks and one paddle board. Life-jackets for 8 adults and 2 children. Enjoy the fire pit during the evening, especially over s'mores. Half Moon Lake has a convenient boat launch nearby for those looking to bring their boat or pontoon, which can be tied to the property dock. Washer/Dryer on property.

We loved this cottage! The lake was perfect with the kayaks and paddle boards. Caught some fish off the dock and used the fire pit. Kitchen is well stocked and loved the screened in porch as well. Thank you! We hope to be back!

We were very pleased with our stay. Ron was quick to respond to our questions. When we walked into the house the first thing we noticed was the beautiful view and how clean it was. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beds we’re comfortable and the setup for two couples was great. Thank you again for making our visit to New Hampshire so special.

Overall layout of the house was great and it was very clean. There were amazing views of the lake and lots of comfy places to sit indoors or outside to enjoy the view or curl up with a good book. Kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and having s’mores and drinks by the fire was a great way to end each day. Owners were quick to respond when we had a question and they provide a lot of nice little touches that make it feel very homey. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had one of the best stays we have ever had! By far, this house was the most spacious, cleanest, and most accommodating home we have stayed in. The location and space was everything we could possibly imagine! The hosts were extremely hospitable and welcoming. This home and experience far exceeded our expectations and we hope to be come to come again next year! Thank you Ron & Amelia for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had an excellent vacation with an 3-generation family group which included a 1 year old. The home had pretty much everything you could need and the hosts we’re always very responsive and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the deck, fire pit, dock and kayaks…there were so many options for places to hang out together! We stayed 4th of July week and enjoyed the fireworks display put on by neighbors a couple of houses down. A couple of things to be aware of relative to accessibility for very young children and/or older guests would be the sloped lot and water accessibility only via dock (no beach). Also be aware that there is only a/c in the upstairs bedroom.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Luna! We swam the majority of the week. The grandchildren loved jumping off the end of the dock! My youngest grandchild played in the shallow area. We also used the kayaks, fished and enjoyed the fire pit. Checkers was a hit on rainy days and in the quiet mornings. The property has everything needed for a great vacation. We never left except for food shopping and an ice cream trip!

Perfect spot for our friendship getaway. Just as advertised with no surprises. Comfortable beds, stocked supplies and outdoor amenities. 3 private spaces with a large common area perfect for our party of 5. Our first trip to NH - and we can’t wait to get back. Would stay in this same house all over again.

We had a great time. Wish the weather cooperated a bit better for us, but it was nice to be able to relax and listen to the rain. Woll likely be back with my family so they can enjoy this place as much as I did during mu birthday retreat!

The host was very responsive and provided lots of information. The house is clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. There are so many options to relax. We had fun kayaking, playing corn hole and chess. Highly recommend it!

This is our second time staying at Casa Luna. We just love it here. Ron did some really nice updates to the place, they updated the stairs to the water / new fire pit... I love the new swing under the downstairs family room... we felt as though we had the entire lake to ourselves... it was so nice and quiet.. The beds are so comfortable... We got to use the kayaks and one of friend's actually went in for a dip in October! LOL! You have everything you need here. Any issues we had Ron, was fast to handle it. Great communication with Ron. This is a well maintained and immaculate lakeside "cottage". The property and views are very pretty and although we had neighbors, it was very quiet. The kitchen and pantry were very well stocked and included all the basics you would find in your own kitchen and much more. There are things to do within driving distance but there is really no need to leave --it is a vacation destination on its own. We would recommend for anyone who enjoys a quiet vacation on the lake.

We enjoyed our stay at Ron's house. It was spacious and very well equipped with everything you may need. The location was perfect with beautiful views. The kayaks and paddle board were a great bonus. Although there were quite a few motor boats in the small lake causing large waves, we still managed to get a lot of kayaking done. We will definitely come back.

This was definitely one of my favorite places that I have stayed through VRBO. The house and location was perfect! My family had an amazing week - this getaway was just what we needed. Everything we needed was included, so all we had to do was enjoy and relax. The only negative thing I can think of was that we were all sad when the week was over and it was time to go. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to be back next year!

House is so much bigger and nicer than photos depict. Very roomy and comfortable, nice decor, well stocked kitchen, linens and towels, nice lakefront with kayaks, paddle board, dock and chairs, and a fire pit. Delightful! No reason to leave! We hope to be back.

Loved this place! The lake views are spectacular. The home has a beautiful outdoor deck, a three season room and a game/TV room all with lake views. We were able to take advantage of a warm Oct day and use the kayaks and paddle board that were readily available from the lower dock. Ron was a great host, quickly answered any questions and left us a wonderful welcome gift. Would definitely go back!
