It has a full bathroom in the middle of both bedrooms where you can access the bathroom from each bedroom. Also, there is one bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (queen in the bottom and twin xl in the top). There is a bathroom in the middle of both bedrooms that you can access from each bedroom. In addition, going down to the basement there is a bedroom with a king size bed with full private bathroom. In this floor you can also find one of the 3 kitchens of the cabin. And lastly, there are 3 twin xl beds in the upper loft floor. Animals: You agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the Property prior to your stay or that the property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the Property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description. We always strongly suggest travel insurance as we do not refund due to road conditions, storms, medical conditions or inclement weather conditions. During the winter you might consider and we strongly suggest to drive a 4 wheel drive and bring tire chains since we are located in the mountains Third party amenities, such as electricity, gas, and internet are beyond our control. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. Acknowledgment & Disclaimer. You acknowledge the Property may have features, amenities, and conditions that are unfamiliar to you and other Occupants you invite to the Property. You further acknowledge that your use of the Property and its amenities may carry inherent risk, including risk of bodily injury, illness or disease, disability, or death. For example, some Properties include natural habitats for wildlife, insects, and pests that may expose you to injury or disease; or docks, stairways, porches, ledges, cliffs, hot tubs, and other unmarked natural or manmade features, amenities, and conditions that carry inherent risk. You agree that, by using the Property or its amenities, you voluntarily and willfully assume those risks and assume full responsibility for the choices you make before, during and after your use of the Property and its amenities. You also acknowledge and agree that you and any other adult Occupants are solely responsible for closely supervising and protecting the health and safety of any and all Occupants that are minors, throughout the duration of your stay. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no case shall the owner of the property nor their affiliates, co-hosts, nor their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, or owners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any damages for personal or bodily injury, illness or disease, emotional distress, or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with your stay at the property.
