Advertised property with a pool, but the pool was at LaQuinta.

Exceptional

My family and I have stayed at SureStay about this same time every year for 3 years now and the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating to our needs (if any). The rooms are updated and very nice! Location is good, a 5 minute drive to just about anywhere in the city.

Literally the only complaint i have from this stay is that I didn't like how housekeeping left the curtains open after tidying my room during my stay.

The hotel clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

The bed was too hard to sleep on and the eggs at breakfast were too salty.

Definitely a great little place to stay.

The room was exceptionally clean. Well decorated, simple, but very nice and modern.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors say. My toilet seat was broken. However, definitely will not keep me from staying again. I was impressed with the value.

good but needs to be cleaned better .

I looked really nice , it was a good place . the only issues I had was the floor was sticky and had ants . other then that I’d probably stay there again.

GPS didn’t take me there . it took me to the one right in front of it. it’s not really in a good location, the other hotel is right in front of it so I didn’t see it.

You can hear everything in the rooms next to mine. It looked like a 50 dollar hotel that they tried to fix up. 91 total was over priced for that hotel.

Very cute room, but could use some adjustments

I liked that there was a jacuzzi in the room and I liked the marble walls and flooring. The bathroom was very clean and very nice.

The bed was hard, I couldn’t stay comfortable. The jacuzzi took an hour to fill up, I didn’t want to get in it anymore after it was filled. You can hear everyone outside and it echos throughout the room.

excellent location, warm food options at breakfast

beds were hard, sheets/blankets were clean, but not comfortable, coffee at breakfast was horrible. they also charge a $75 damage deposit that takes up to 5 days to get back.

Have to pass on this place in the future, it's a new place but they act like the 5 star.motel! I

If going to reserve a room. 3rd party sites has only $75 damage deposit , but if you pay cash deposit it is $100. Also the breakfast is located in office area, only seats about 10 people. Really small and breakfast is cheap. Better to pay $30 more to stay at Laquinta and bo deposit.

horrible and nasty experience for being a Best Western hotel; this was something to experience from a low end slum motel

nothing it was a horrible experience

after checking in; my child and I approached our room and laying in the window sill of our room was a cigarette and a razor blade. my child opened up the night stand a box of Trojan condoms were in the drawer, stains on the comforter, hair in the sink and bathtub; no lightbulbs in the lamp; dead bugs on the floor and the head boards of the beds and mirror and garment rack and back of TV hasn’t been dusted in several months or years. The owner/ Manager called me back after 11am which was checkout time and wouldn’t reimburse my total nights stay for two nights and I was out of town on a trip for the reason for the room and wouldn’t allow me to switch rooms when I got back later that night. after I confronted him regarding calling me back after 11 he decided to reimburse me for my second night. The owner/manager was very uncooperative and rude and didn’t care about my situation all me cared about was getting me out to sell the room to someone else and make money. I left and went to a different hotel and it was nice.
