Location and general cleanliness of the room was very satisfactory. Rooms are right next to Quayside Village, home of all of the main pool parties & the meeting points for most other events.
Air Conditioning unit could do with a clean/service, as it was pushing stale, warm air throughout the room (Completely the opposite to our neighbouring rooms). Bathroom door could do with being looked at, as it catches on the floor and feels like it's going to shatter when opened.

Friendly staff. Nice pool/bar. Good location, central Kavos and close to the beach. Clean room. Good aircon. Good value for money, would happily stay again.
There was a bit of a walk from our rooms to the pool.

It was very close to the beach
The room was clean on arrival
The air conditioning was not included in the price on booking.
It was very loud outside till very late at night, expect that if you’re staying there.
On arrival, the receptionist asked for a credit card and he wrote down the details of the card on a piece of paper, which seemed very sketchy.
The fridge in one of the rooms did not work.
The bathroom lamp in one of the rooms did not work.

La chica tailandesa creo estaba en la recepción la verdad súper maja y también el hombre q nos llevó hasta habitación con coche ( gracias chicos por todo
La jefa de recepción nos trató mal y eso solo para decir la q no la misma habitación q tenemos en fotos de booking y la HD olía mal y había mucho ruido fuera la gente peleando
