The host Joya was lovely 🥰

Clean quiet and fresh and enjoyed the courtyard garden

We had a great stay for my partners birthday. Clean and modern

The Studio was very nicely done in polished concrete type decor on walls and floors and kitchen. It was spacious and had a huge comfy bed . The kitchen was complete with all accessories including kettle and sandwich toaster . Tea and coffee pouches were included and also shower gel and shampoo and body lotion . There was a hairdryer, ironing board and safety deposit box and a clothes airer too. Outside area behind was dine lovely with a corner seating part .

Studio is very cozy and fully equipped to cook a simple meal (in case you don't want to go to the restaurant all the time). It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, the center of the village and the beach are in walking distance. Joya is a marvellous host, very kind and helpful!

Joya was amazing and very helpful! The rooms super clean and comfortable and very close to the centre of Skala, only a few mins walk. Extremely close to Skala beach too, 10 mins walk.

A great place in a cenetral, but quieter area of Skala - highly recommended!

A great place to have a good rest in quiet place and have all the benefits of Skala resort at the same time as the apartment is located within 2-3 minutes walk to the main Skala promenade. Very comfortable modern room, brand new equipment (kitchen, bathroom) with all what is needed while self-catering holidays. A very nice patio in the backyard. Just 3 apartments in the compound. Very clean with regular cleaning service. And last, but not least - a great Host - Joya - very helpful and kind with great hospitality; gives many useful tips including Milos beach restaurant (delicious fresh food, great atmosphere and great value for money) - highly recommended as well.

We've had eight wonderful days in Skala, at Joya Studios.

We've had eight wonderful days in Skala, at Joya Studios. The apartments are centrally located on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center and to the beach. The beds were gorgeous with many pillows and good reading lighting. Everything in the room was fresh and modern, the whole was appealing. The apartments include a wonderful little yard with nice flowers and plants, where you can sit outside and sunbathe or otherwise, even in the evening with very good lighting. Joya was an inspirational host, and we were treated to local sweets and local mineral water. It was easy to communicate with Joya who also spoke excellent English. We got our additional wishes quickly fulfilled. The cleaning was excellent, the towels were changed frequently and always with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Joya offered us to stay longer at check-out and we appreciated that offer. We would like to thank you most sincerely for nice days with you, Joya!

Wonderful holiday in a lovely place.

Lovely large comfortable bed, all facilities we needed, very clean, perfect location just 5 minute walk from the main street of lovely restaurants and bars. Joya was a wonderful hostess and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend Joya and her lovely apartments.

Everything was amazing and Skala is definitely one of the most beautiful places in Kefalonia.

It was the most wonderful place me and my boyfriend have been to. The owner is the nicest lady you can imagine and she made our stay even better and helped us with everything we needed. The accommodation is beautiful it’s clean and bright you have everything you need. I would recommend joya studios to everyone and we are definitely coming again.

Perfect little Gem

The room is beautifully done, very clean and I love the way they light the room, the under bed lighting was a nice touch as well. Huge bed and comfy pillows. Everything you need in an apartment. Joya the owner was lovely, you couldn't ask for a nicer host, she let us have a late checkout as she knew we might want a shower after scuba diving and gave us both a local Kefalonion sweet treat for our stay. I would definitely come back to stay here. My wife was very happy with this room as well, so if it gets her approval then it's gota be up there. Highly recommended.

There's a little walk up hill back to the apartment. But its nice to be away from the noise of the main street. It depends what you like. Perfect for us, who just want peace and quiet

Quiet location, neat, modern studio flat with pleasant courtyard. Less than 10 minutes walk from main restaurants and just 15 minutes walk from the beach.

We have no complaints.

Joya is the most woderful host and very kind pearson. She made us feel like we are at home. Accomodation is very modern and very clean. Sheets and towels have been reagulary changed and suite was cleaned too. Wifi is very good and you have space to park in front of the apartment.

Very nice host, large room with lots of facilities including grill for making toast, fridge freezer and electric hob, modern under bed lighting, safety deposit box and TV, would highly recommend this private self maintained apartment
