I am truly grateful to the reception team for their support during my stay. As I was rushing to the airport, I was worried about returning a rental power bank. The staff promptly stepped in and handled the matter for me, knowing how stressful it would have been to manage it on my own as a foreigner.
They were calm, efficient, and genuinely caring throughout. What could have been a stressful situation was resolved smoothly, and I sincerely appreciate the extra effort they made. Their thoughtful service left a lasting positive impression on me.

La atención y servicio del personal,la ubicación es agradable ya que no tienes ruido.Hay variedad de restaurantes al rededor,el desayuno gran variedad para extranjeros es una excelente opción es Shenzhen.
Las instalaciones son agradables y no tienes ruido asi puedes descansar bien después de un largo dia de turismo.
El tamaño de la habitación si coincide con las imágenes y su cama es cómoda.
Quiza a futuro deberían ver la opción de cambiar la alfombra de los pasillos para mejorar la movilidad de las maletas.
