There were three codes to get into the apartment. With one of those was a problem (no letters which were needed, to be used on the pad), others with no problems. Nice place to rest after city buzz, well connected by Metro with airport, Disneyland, other important places.

The property was excellent and incredibly convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from Gare du Nord, which made arriving and getting around Paris very easy.
The instructions for the second-door access code were quite ambiguous and difficult to understand, making entry unnecessarily confusing. However once inside the property the 2 sets of keys had fobs for accessing the 2nd door.

The location was excellent- The fully equipped kitchen - The 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets - comfortable bed and pillows and the original features in and around the apartment were charming. Helpful staff.
The hand set shower was broken which would have been useful as I have long hair and don’t wash it every day. Power supply to the towel rail in bathroom next to kitchen is not attached so not safe.

Not at all. The instructions were not clear, and we found out the secondary door,where we needed to call, no one was answering the intercom. It was bit uneasy for us to enter .
