Here, you’ll be staying right on the waterfront and can fully soak up the maritime charm of Usedom, as the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is practically at your feet. The approximately 61 m² vacation apartment welcomes you on the first floor of the popular apartment building and impressively lives up to the promise of its name: As soon as you step inside the apartment, you’ll feel the proximity to the coast, but the absolute highlight is the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, which you can enjoy from both the sheltered loggia and one of the two bedrooms. Start your day with a view of the glistening waves or wind it down with a glass of wine and the sound of the surf.
The heart of the apartment is the harmoniously designed living area, which conveys a sense of spaciousness and brightness thanks to its open layout. The modern kitchen blends seamlessly into the space and, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and other appliances, offers every convenience for self-catering. A particular favorite spot is the dining table, located in the glass-enclosed loggia—here you can dine in natural light with a view, almost as if you were sitting outdoors, yet sheltered from the wind and weather. In the adjacent living area, a cozy seating area in front of the flat-screen TV invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. The furnishings are functional yet comfortable, so you’ll feel right at home immediately.
For restful nights, there are two separate bedrooms, making the apartment ideal for families or friends. The master bedroom impresses not only with its comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) but, above all, with the stunning ocean view directly from the bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also offers a cozy retreat. The living comfort is complemented by a modern bathroom with a shower, which conveniently also includes a washing machine—a major plus for longer stays or family vacations.
To ensure your vacation gets off to a worry-free start, a basic supply of household essentials will be provided upon arrival. You can park your car safely and sheltered from the weather in the reserved spot in the underground garage (please note the maximum clearance height of 2.00 meters). Of course, you’ll stay connected even while on vacation thanks to free Wi-Fi. We’ve even thought of our youngest guests: a high chair and a travel crib with a mattress (linens not included) are provided free of charge in the apartment. Top-Lage an der Promenade. Der Blick auf die Ostsee gilt leider nicht im Sommerhalbjahr, da blickt man auf zugegeben schöne grüne Promenadenbäume. Ansonsten war alles sehr zufriedenstellend und entsprach voll den Erwartungen.
