Nestled in Port Aransas, this attractive house for $690 per night is a great choice for your next break. “Look no further- book this place! We went to Port A for a family wedding. My two sisters and their families all stayed in different houses close by. This was by far the best one! It is clean, bright with a view of the water and super close to the beach. I would give it more stars if I could!!" o Minimum age to rent is 30 – house rule - proof of age required to book o Private beach boardwalk right across the street, a minute to the beach o Guests only pool just two houses away with heated hot tub o Port A’s only beach restaurant right around the corner o Beach views from two decks o Whole house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4+ children - perfect for families o In town so you can take a golf cart all around o Top floor Master suite has king bed, jacuzzi and private deck with awesome ocean views o Second floor has one king bedroom and one bunk room with four twin beds o Ground floor private suite has king bedroom, full bath, living area and second kitchen o Luxury bedding, flat screen TV’s and free wireless internet throughout the house o Open living and kitchen concept on second floor with 75" Smart TV o Chef's kitchen fully stocked with quality cookware and appliances o Landscaped and fenced backyard with picnic table and BBQ grill o Outdoor Shower with hot water and 12-inch waterfall shower head o Plenty of parking for cars and trucks Enjoy the views from our decks, listen to the sounds of the surf and breathe in the salt air! Our beach house is designed to be family friendly, with fully fenced backyard, child gate on the main second floor deck, baby gate for the inside, and a pack and play crib. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. There’s everything you need - crockpot, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, etc. The drawers contain all the essentials and extras, all the way down to shrimp deveiners. Towels, linens and washer/dryer are provided to make your stay easy and care free. Bedrooms are private, spacious and comfortable. All three King beds have been recently purchased, and all baths have new Silestone or granite countertops and new fixtures. • Top Floor Master – King Bed, ensuite bath • 2nd Floor Master – King Bed, shared bath • 2nd Floor Bunk Room – Four bunk beds for children, shared bath • Ground Floor Suite – King Bedroom, den, kitchen, private bath The ground floor suite is separate from the top two floors and allows great privacy and quiet. The suite has its own private entrance and kitchen so the occupants can avoid disturbing the rest of the house – or sleep late if they choose! There is plenty of parking for cars and trucks in the driveway plus shade under the house on the ground level. There are chairs under the house and a picnic table in the shaded backyard by the BBQ grill. A second backyard stairway leads directly from the kitchen to the grilling area. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in the fully fenced and landscaped backyard with St. Augustine, ginger, hibiscus, plumeria and bird of paradise. Kids can wash off the beach sand in warm water with our backyard waterfall shower. The Sand Point beach neighborhood is the best location in Port A - less than five minutes away from the restaurants and shops. We are right around the corner from The Beach Lodge, Port A's only beach bar and restaurant where you can enjoy a burger, pizza or beverage while watching the ocean waves! And we are the prime location for Sand Fest which takes place in April right next to our private boardwalk. Port Aransas is an island town of 3000 residents where visitors can buy shrimp right off the boats or catch their own fish and have them cooked at local restaurants. Bicycles, scooters, and golf carts abound. And here you can still drive to your favorite spot on the beach and share a sunset cocktail from your own cooler. It's the ultimate for water sports, casual attire, excellent cuisine and relaxation. Mustang Island is an 18-mile-long barrier island with 300 species of native birds and is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico on the east and south, and Corpus Christi Bay on the north and west. The beaches are broad and walkable, with lovely sand and gentle surf. La Pamilla golf course is just a few minutes south, and world class fishing is available at the Port Aransas harbor.

My wife and I had great time. We had 7 total people, 4 adults 3 kids and the house was perfect and could’ve had more. . I would highly recommend. Boardwalk is right there and the beach is a short walk.

This is an amazing house! Detailed descriptions are accurate, owner/contact is very responsive (and patient with a traffic-weary brain) and we found everything we needed to just relax, enjoy the family visit and make fantastic memories. My niece is already talking about when we come back :-D

This house was perfect for the needs of my friends and I for our yearly Girlfriend Getaway! Six of us were able to room quite comfortably with easy access to the beach and town! The owners were very responsive to our needs and easy to work with!

This property was excellent and perfect for our family of 11. It included everything you would expect plus more. Location was absolutely wonderful - so close to boardwalk down to beach and restaurants very close by. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and love it. Would very highly recommend!

Everyone in our group was impressed with this beautiful, spacious beach home with great nautical decor. Plenty of room for privacy yet also perfect for family togetherness. The location is perfect--very close to the beach with easy access, and close to town for the restaurants and shops. (No highway driving necessary.) One of us had an injured ankle so having a complete downstairs suite was a big bonus, and the nicely landscaped yard and patio with picnic table and grill doubled as second living space where we could all gather in the evenings. Plenty of parking. The house is also in a great location on the street. We highly recommend Sand Point Joint!

Perfect Long Weekend!
Sand Point Joint was just perfect for our group of six adults. We had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and just kick back and enjoy the long anticipated post Covid weekend getaway with friends and family. This neighborhood is our ‘go to’ when in Port A. We’ll absolutely stay here again.

Sandy Point Retreat in Port A
Great location in Port A! Short 2 min walk to beach and the same to a good restaurant nearby. We had a mix of seniors, millennials, and toddlers, ten in all, that enjoyed the roomy three level house. View the gulf from the third floor master suite and watch football on the huge flat screen TV in the living room.

The place was perfect. We walked into a beautiful and spotless house. I found it absolutely peaceful even though I had a family of 10 with me. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
The path to the beach is right across the street. You can see the ocean from the top balcony but we mainly sat on the second floor balcony with the family. The pool is three houses away and is perfect to use after dinner. The gate to the pool is rusted and at times will get stuck and you need to shake it hard to get it to open.
We did have a problem getting into the house. We had an old door code. After texting Tami twice, emailing her, and calling three times she finally responded after an hour of us sitting outside the door. But once we got the code everything was perfect.
The house is fully stocked but you will need to bring some stuff to store food in like foil and there is no shampoo or conditioner. I don’t expect them to be stocked but some places do provide them. Also, there are beach towels in the second floor bedroom.
