Super Lage, wir konnten zu Fuß vom Hafen aus laufen. Viele Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Ganz chillig am Abend vor der Tür zu sitzen und das Geschehen zu beobachten.

Location was perfect and an easy walk from the ferry. Near to great restaurants and the sea. Large rooms.
Beware though once we arrived we were messaged to leave an additional 32 Euros in the key lock box because we were told it was for an 'extra' tax. It's too late once you're there to refuse but I was not impressed.
I think it could be very noisy in peak season as it is a through street. We were there after peak. The bathroom is quite small but there are two toilets one off the main bedroom which was nice.

Location - 5min walk from the port, close to shops and restaurants. Easy check-in.
The house has a lot of memorabilia, with plenty of objects full of dust. My child has allergy and she couldn’t sleep, sneazing and coughing.
The master suite is located right outside a Restaurant kitchen, so you can hear noises and employees working until late at night and very early in the morning.
Shower is super small and you have to turn the boiler and wait 40min for hot water - What can be disturbing if your family is coming from The beach and want to shower. Also the draying of the shower is terrible and open, you can see mold and dirty.
Also, as the house do not get sunlight, drying your towels and swimsuits is impossible - bring extra.
Microwave and dishes were dirty - we had to clean everything before using.
We had a coakroach walking at the house and we had to chase it to kill it because my children are afraid of it. We warned the manager, and they offered a bug spray and extra cleaning.
They only offer 2 rolls of toilet Paper - no matter how many days or people you are, you need to buy more (it would be a Nice gesture to leave more).
No negotiation for check-out.
