We were a group of 4 families with small children and booked the larger Villa with 4 bedrooms. It was great because each family got their own room. Each bedroom also had ensuite bathroom which was absolutely amazing!
We loved the pool, kids especially! The Villas complex is very neat, clean, well-looked after.
Very close to the beach! 10 min walking!

This villa exceeded our expectations, it was perfect ,everyone loved the pool inside and out ,5 mins from the town ,lots of fabulous restaurants and bars ,staff on the site were so friendly and super at maintaining the property 😀
Tiles on the floor in the house were extremely slippy when wet ,but lots of towels down and it was grand ,
Make sure to tell your taxi its Caldera villas not villa as there is 3 in the area and you will be driving for ages 😉

Overall, especially from the outside, a beautiful villa.
Kind welcome upon arrival, we were given a light lunch and early check-in and late check-out allowed.
It should be renovated inside, especially with reference to fixed furnishings; very dated wardrobes, with shabby (even curved!) shelves, hangers of different shapes and materials, not in style with villa's pretension.
Plates, pots, glasses and cutlery are not in sufficient quantity, and not coordinated with each other (cutlery from different sets, in any case insufficient for real use beyond breakfast in the morning).
Kitchen furniture very old, some pieces partially damaged.
To close the French windows above the pool, partly inside the house and partly outside, you have to use a long metal rod, not handy at all.
A few metres from the entrance, inside the property - the structure consists of several villas close to each other - there's even a lamppost for outdoor lighting broken in half, a sign of sloppiness and poor general maintenance.
Unpleasant was the sight of the rubbish bins, which could easily be placed in a less visible area.
Poor general cleanliness, unfair considering the high-standard price.
