Love love love this resort. The rooms are comfy and the air conditioning is serious business. There are many places to sit and relax and pool is lovely and clean and the loungers around it are great. Access to the beach which is swimmable just off the steps of the resort and the boat goes right to the resort which is super convenient. Staff are lovely, kind and friendly. Breakfast was top notch. Amazing place. Cannot recommend enough.

Stayed here 3 years ago... breakfast is exactly the same. Menu is the same - could do with a refresh. Rooms starting to look a little tired and frayed round the edges but it's still nice.

The location is excellent. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere, even though the bungalows are quite close to one another. The pool is lovely, and the pier is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Saracen Beach is calm and perfect for swimming.
I booked my stay in a hurry and didn't choose the room that included breakfast, which would have cost only about $6 more per night. When I arrived, I was told that adding breakfast at the hotel would cost $12 per person, which was significantly more than the price offered through Booking. Because of the price difference, I chose to have breakfast elsewhere during my stay.

Bathroom was really nice, great shower and beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, helped us get 2 geckos out of the room! Air-con was good and tv was great. Breakfast was also good, lots of options.
The restaurant food was disappointing - often served lukewarm and not as advertised in the menu photos, which felt misleading. This was especially frustrating during the rainy season when there were few alternative dining options. The in-room guest information was outdated and included services that were no longer available, such as full-body massages. There were also several communication issues, such as staff not cleaning the room floor as requested due to ants, just because they couldn’t see the ants. The floor was consistently unclean. Significant confusion around transport and off-island payment methods.
