The room itself was quite large, looked just like the pictures and just as described in the listing. The location was also very convenient.
The stairwell to access the rooms is unbelievably long and steep. For people carrying heavy suitcases, it’s quite an ordeal. Also the door at the entrance of the building is a
metal door that requires a good shove in order to lock, producing a very loud noise that can be heard all the way on the second floor at all hours of the day and night. But the biggest problem was the air conditioning. AC was one of the most important amenities for me, and this particular one was not functioning correctly. Not only was it not cooling properly at all (on the coldest setting), but it was also making awful banging noises which kept us awake all night. When we complained, the staff promptly scheduled a technician visit, but for 4 days later — which was the day we were checking out. Unfortunately they did not offer to move us to a different room, or even a fan! Needless to say, our nights were not pleasant...
