Exceptionally clean. María was very friendly and it was obvious to us that great attention to detail had been made for guests comfort. Maria speaks some English and meet us on arrival to help us access the property.
People have mentioned it being dark, which it is but the apartment has good lighting and air con. After long days walking around Seville it was a nice haven to go back too. There is Netflix available. We stayed in apartment 3 and very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maria!

The location of the apartment is great for walking to all of the sights. Accessing the apartment is very straightforward. The loft was well designed.
The noise from outside was loud at night as it is located near a bar (particularly on Saturday night which is understandable). We also had some issues with the shower head and drainage.

I liked the location of the property.
It isn’t big enough for 4 people I wouldn’t say, it was a huge squish. Also every night there was massive banging above us so we couldn’t really sleep. The walls are so thin you can hear everything.
