The location is very good, there is a Bus stop right in front of the apartment and it makes going to any part of London very convenient..

We had to have our location of booking changed from dagenham to Ilford as there were stairs with no lifts at the dagenham apartments. Apartment agent: Sham was very helpful and kind to change our booking easily. Ilford apartments was in a good location right next to many shops and restaurants. Nice and clean and excellent shower. I liked the fact I could cook in kitchen if required and it had all the required cutlery pots and pans etc. Washing machine and fridge freezer was very useful too.
One of the pillows on bed wasn't clean as it had a stain on it but I just turned the pillow over. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours in apartment next to us and above us but that is outwith anyone control.

The living room and the toilet were very ok
The entrance was very disappointing and dirty.
Birds have defecate into all the entrance including the windows. The building needs to be more clean.
