I had a lovely stay at Hotel Willis in Zalaegerszeg. This was actually the second time I chose this hotel, and once again I was very happy with my stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre, which made it very convenient for me to get around and enjoy the town.
What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, kind and helpful, and I could genuinely feel that they really care about their guests. Their attitude made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The breakfast deserves a special mention. There was a very good selection of fresh and tasty food, with plenty of choices to start the day with. Everything was well presented and fresh, and I really enjoyed having breakfast there each morning.
I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was spotless and well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. Another thing I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful the hotel was. Despite being in the city centre, I could relax and enjoy a calm and comfortable stay.
The level of service is outstanding and truly exceeds what you would expect for the price. The value for money is exceptional. I also had a wonderful experience at the Moroccan spa, which was a real highlight of my stay and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I truly felt that the guests are at the centre of everything the hotel does. From the cleanliness and excellent breakfast to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, there was a genuine feeling that guest comfort really matters.
I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. This was my second stay at Hotel Willis, and I know it won’t be my last. I will definitely be coming back again in the future and would warmly recommend this hotel to others.
Honestly, I was happy with everything during my stay. I can’t think of anything negative to mention or anything that I didn’t like.

A very practical choice for a short stay. Everything was proper and well-managed. We really appreciated the organized parking and the fact that a good breakfast was included in the room rate, making our morning departure very smooth.
We only had a very short stay, so there is nothing negative to point out. Everything was perfectly fine.

Indeed, they have a wellness area, maybe the best in this town, but far away from a good one! The whirlpools were alright, excluding the smell of the disinfectant. The room was OK size, the loo, too.
Ignorant to bad attitude by the staff, very poor breakfastbuffet, no effort in the cleaning of the room.
