Friendly staff, available 24/7 via WhatsApp. Provided the locker for free, and also helped with a roommate who snored horribly.
The girl in my room snored just atrociously, no earplugs helped me deal with it, I couldn’t sleep all night. Maybe you will be lucky and won’t have such a terrible roommate
