Excellent place for families in a quiet area with great access to downtown

Excellent studio apartment room with double bed, single bed and bed sofa, small kitchen, washing machine and bathtub - perfect for family of four. Great location in a quiet place but only a short walk from a metro station one stop from Shin-Osaka. Check in process was smooth. Decent view and modern clean interior. Very good value for money.

If the kitchen had more utensils and a toaster it would have been a 10/10.

Quiet and comfortable, a good base close to Shin-Osaka and Osaka stations.

Comfortable and spacious with bed, sleeping area, good size closet, and kitchenette. Good location with easy access to station, convenience stores, and restaurants. Quiet area.

Slight stains in kitchen area but not super noticeable or surprising. Everything else was clean.

Excellent modern business hotel-style condo

Super clean, business hotel quality just like in the pictures. Soap, towels, and utensils were all freshly cleaned and provided. Excellent location and straightforward check-in and check-out process. Trash disposal and coin laundry dryer were on the first floor, while our room had a laundry washing machine (no need for coins).

The location would be great if it was cleaned properly.

Chill neighborhood; 7 minutes walk to the metro station.

Not clean at all; a lot of dust everywhere; the air conditioning was full of dust/dirt/bacteria.

テレビ、電灯、隅々にほこりまみれでした。掃除してるかなと疑問。トイレにも匂いがあがってきています。エアコンがあまりにも効かなさすぎて、寒すぎ。スタッフさんの対応もイマイチでした。
